Jai’s foundation is rooted in traditional Kundalini Yoga, but this training was born through both deep study and lived experience. After witnessing patterns of misuse of power within spiritual and mentor-led spaces, Jai is devoted to preserving the integrity and potency of these practices while evolving how they are shared.

No prior yoga experience is required. While this training is rooted in yogic principles, it goes far beyond physical practice. Whether you are new or experienced, you will be supported in deepening your understanding and connection to the work.

This training is not centered solely on physical practice. Modifications and accommodations are always available, and we explore how to work with the body as it is—both for your own practice and for supporting others. Physical limitations are not a barrier to participating in this training.

All sessions are recorded, and you will receive access to the recording. Recordings are available for 30 days after the training for review.

Jai honors that each person comes to this work with a unique life, schedule, and level of devotion. The structure of the training includes one live weekend per month, which is the core commitment. Beyond that, Jai will offer suggested practices and meditations to support your integration—typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour per day—along with optional readings or videos. How deeply you engage is entirely up to you. This is a self-led, personalized journey. You are invited to meet the work at the level that feels aligned, while recognizing that what you put in is what you receive.

Jai Quundalini certification is available upon full completion of the training, including attendance and demonstrated integration of the material. Certification is confirmed through a final conversation with Jai, where you will have the opportunity to share your understanding and embodiment of the work. This conversation is initiated when you feel ready, allowing you time to fully integrate the teachings. At the same time, this training is rooted in the understanding that true qualification comes through embodiment. Jai believes you are the certification - how you hold presence, share the work, and live the teachings carries far more weight than any piece of paper.
